1 in 10 women are dealing with endometriosis. I am one of them. If you are too, you are NOT alone.
Living with endometriosis can be incredibly isolating. Many women spend years searching for answers, navigating chronic pain, medical appointments, surgeries, and the emotional weight that comes with it.
For a long time, I had never even met another woman living with endometriosis. When I was finally diagnosed after years of symptoms, I realized how much community and understanding were missing from this journey.
Endo Haven was created to change that.
If you’ve been feeling alone in this illness, please know that you are not the only one walking this path. This is a space where women navigating endometriosis (endometriosis warriors!) can come together, share openly, feel understood, and support one another.
Together we will create a space where participants can:
• share experiences with others who understand
• talk openly about the emotional side of chronic illness
• connect with women walking a similar path
• feel seen, heard, and supported
You do not need to have everything figured out. You only need to show up as you are.
While this group is facilitated by a licensed mental health professional, Endo Haven is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional care. It is a peer support space intended to foster community and shared encouragement among women living with endometriosis. If you are interested in clinical counseling (Colorado residents only) or life coaching (available to anyone anywhere), check out my Healing Haven page.

Structure:
• Virtual meetings via Zoom
• Bi-weekly gatherings
• 4 sessions in the first cycle
• Approximately 60–75 minutes per session
This first cycle will help us build community and explore what women need most from a space like this.
Endo Haven is open to women who:
• have been diagnosed with endometriosis
• suspect they may have endometriosis
• are navigating surgery or treatment decisions
• feel emotionally overwhelmed or isolated by this illness
• want connection with women who truly understand
You do not need to have everything figured out. You only need to show up as you are.
Hi, I’m Dr. Amber!
I’m a trauma specialist, recording artist, and mental health therapist licensed in Colorado, and I’ve personally lived with endometriosis symptoms for over 17 years. I was officially diagnosed during an emergent surgery in 2025 that turned into an unexpected ablation procedure. Since then, my journey has included navigating severe flare ups, learning more about the disease, and recently discovering I have frozen pelvis while consulting with an excision specialist in New York. Like many women with endometriosis, the physical pain has been difficult, but the emotional and psychological impact has also been significant. This experience has humbled me in new ways and deepened my desire to help create spaces where women feel supported and understood.
Endo Haven is not about having all the answers. It is about community, compassion, and shared understanding.
