The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies depending on the size of your order. Because I use a third party publishing company to print any personalized devotional, I must first customize and order your personalized devotional. I begin this process as soon as your payment is complete. Working with a third party publishing company at times can be unpredictable but in normal circumstances, it takes them anywhere from 5-7 days to process, print, and send an order out to me. From there, I add my finishing touches on any order and immediately ship the order out. This entire process usually takes anywhere from 1.5-2 weeks after your order has been completed.

The price range for expedited processing + shipping varies depending on the size of your order, however, feel free to message me with your order number and I will work with you to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

Absolutely! Just add "Personalized Bookmark" to your order and customize your bookmark as you please.

Any digital item is available for your download immediately after purchase.

Because a lot of the products in my shop are made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

 If you find yourself needing to change or cancel a personalized devotional order after the order has already been submitted, please message me with your order number within 2 hours of your order. If I have not begun the personalization process on your devotionals, it's no problem to change or cancel the order.
